Installing werkr

Private Beta

werkr is currently in private beta. To get access, reach out through the contact page on our website.

Platforms

On macOS, werkr is provided as an installation package that includes a native UI as well as a CLI interface.

Linux and Windows support is coming soon.

CLI

The main command is wer. You can verify your installation with:

wer version

werkr also provides wer bridge, a text user interface (TUI) to interactively manage workstations and configurations. The experience is inspired by k9s.

Next Steps

Once installed, you can create your first local workstation or set up a remote workstation in the cloud.
